I would be most pleased to give your organization a reference. I have used PSS for all my search assignments over the past 3 years and they have had a very high success rate. Generally, I am distrustful of recruiters because I find that their inherent conflict of interest leads to the customer’s needs being given second fiddle (i.e. commission first/quality of match second). I do not have that opinion of PSS. I find that they are focused on building a long-term relationship with our Company and therefore, their interests are aligned with ours. They send over suitable candidates and if they don’t have the right person for my job, they tell me and don’t waste my time. I feel that they take the time to understand what we really want. PSS is very responsive and the candor is appreciated. My representative is also a good judge of people. When you ass it all together, it leads to a series of strong hires that we have made through PS and a happy customer.
