Each and every candidate we introduce will have successfully passed three qualifying stages with one of our consultants: an initial resume screening, a telephone interview and an in-person behavioral interview. Any candidate you meet through PSS will have a reference check performed on them prior to your interview.

We have the ability to perform a full range of due diligence on our candidates to help you feel comfortable with your choice. These include credit history search, criminal record search and education verification (ask your consultant for details). We facilitate the offer process and manage the placement with attention given to the minute details.
